LTE coverage & signal quality in Jawa Tengah and DI Yogyakarta

594 thousand passive radio measurements from five operators across 40 regencies, streamed from a 737 MB BigQuery export. The network here is not short of coverage — it is short of signal quality: barely one sample in five reaches the SINR needed for high-order modulation, and quality degrades in step with hourly load while received power does not.
